7th Annual Fundraising Banquet
FAQs Listed Below:
Q: This is my first time coming to a banquet, what can I expect?
A: We are so excited that you are attending our 2025 Fundraising Banquet! The banquet is a great time to learn about Caldwell Pregnancy Care Center. The event is held at Waterlife Church in Lenoir. It is a formal, seated dinner catered by Boxcar Grille. We have a meal and then a special presentation with live music. At the end of the banquet, we have a time of giving to further the ministry.
Q: When and where is the banquet? Where do I go when I arrive?
A: The banquet will be held at Waterlife Church in Lenoir on Thursday, April 10, 2025. The address of Waterlife Church is 1007 Morganton Blvd, Lenoir NC 28645. When you arrive, please enter the main doors of the building and someone will direct you where to go.
Q: How long is the banquet?
A: The banquet is 2 hours long. The event will last from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
Q: How do I dress for the banquet?
A: We like to say that the dress code for the banquet is Sunday best. We encourage everyone to dress up, but it is not required. It is a formal event, so the official dress is business casual.
Q: When do the doors open and when should I arrive?
A: The doors will open at 6:00pm and the event will begin at 6:30pm. Plan to arrive with your other table guests or arrive a few minutes early for coffee in the vestibule. Your meal will be served as soon as you are seated.
Q: Why was I invited to attend the banquet?
A: We asked community members and current supporters of Caldwell Pregnancy Care Center to sponsor a table and invite guests. As a guest, you do not have to pay to attend the event. All the money that is raised on the night of the banquet goes directly back to CPCC, not to cover event costs. Therefore, you were invited as a friend to learn more about CPCC.
Q: Can I bring my children / will there be childcare?
A: This year, we are proud to offer the Hope Night for Kids during the banquet. This special children’s event is for children and grandchildren of banquet attendees from birth to 14. The event will be from 6pm – 9pm at Waterlife Church in the Kids Area during the Caldwell Pregnancy Care Center’s fundraising banquet.
Q: Do I have to give money at the banquet?
A: Giving is not required at the banquet. However, the event is a fundraiser, and we ask all our sponsors and guests to be prayerful and consider giving. At the end of the banquet, we do have a special time of giving. We can accept cash, checks, and online donations.
Q: Do I have to have a ticket to attend?
A: Your table host provided your name and information to CPCC. You will receive a physical ticket in the mail with information, but it is not required for entrance to the banquet. You will check in at a table with your table number once you arrive on Thursday evening.
Q: What if I have diet restrictions or food allergies?
